Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Technician Apprentice: Must hold a regular full-time 3-year Diploma in Engineering (Chemical, Petrochemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related technology) from a recognized institute with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Trade Apprentice (ITI Trades): Must have passed Matric (10th) along with a regular full-time ITI certificate in the respective trade (Fitter, Machinist, Electrician, etc.) recognized by NCVT/SCVT.
- Trade Apprentice (Boiler/Attendant Operator): Must hold a 3-year B.Sc. degree in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or Industrial Chemistry.
- Graduate Apprentice (Non-Technical): Must hold a regular full-time Graduation degree (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com, or BBA) with at least 50% marks.
- Note: Candidates possessing higher professional qualifications, such as B.E./B. Tech, Tech, MBA, CA, MCA, or LLB are not eligible to apply.

Selection Process
The selection process is direct and structured to evaluate candidates based on past academic records:
- Merit-Based Shortlisting: Candidates will be screened and shortlisted based strictly on the percentage of marks secured in their qualifying exam (Diploma, ITI, or Degree). There is no written exam or interview.
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called to present their original educational documents.
