Educational Qualification

Candidates should possess:

A Postgraduate degree in any discipline from a reputed institution approved by UGC or AICTE.

The following qualifications or experience are desirable:

Data analysis and presentation skills
Knowledge of social media
Project management skills
Experience or internship with a development organisation, preferably in the Government or PSU sector
Good communication skills
Self-driven approach
Knowledge of the local language of the respective Aspirational Block
Higher education in development or rural-related disciplines

Age Limit

The maximum age limit is:
Maximum Age: 45 Years
The candidate’s age will be considered as on 1 January 2026.

Salary

Selected Aspirational Block Fellows will receive:
Monthly Remuneration: ₹55,000
Travel Allowance: Included in the monthly amount
The engagement will initially be for one year and may be extended for another year subject to satisfactory performance.

Selection Process

The selection will be carried out through screening and assessment by the outsourced agency.

The assessment carries a total of 100 marks:

Presentation and Communication Skills: 30 Marks
Data Analysis using Excel: 30 Marks
Social Media Knowledge: 10 Marks
Project Management Skills and Relevant Experience: 20 Marks
Personality Test/Viva Voce: 10 Marks
The agency will maintain a pool of successful candidates in a 1:3 ratio, with the second- and third-ranked candidates kept on the waiting list for one year.
