Educational Qualification
Wealth Executive (JMG/S-I):
- Education: Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution.
- Certifications (Mandatory): Must possess any one valid regulatory certificate — IC 38 (Insurance Institute of India) OR NISM Series V-A
- (Mutual Fund Distributors) OR NISM Series XXI-A (PMS Distributors) OR NISM Series V-D.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in sales of wealth products with leading public/private/foreign banks, broking
- firms, asset management companies (AMCs), or wealth management firms in India.
- Desirable: 2-year full-time Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management or MBA (Finance/Marketing/Banking).
Credit Analyst – C&IC (MMG/S-II):
- Education: Graduation degree in any discipline AND Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of banking experience as an Officer in a Scheduled Commercial Bank (experience in Corporate Credit is preferred).
Age Limit (As of September 01, 2026)
Wealth Executive: 22 to 32 Years
Credit Analyst – C&IC: 21 to 33 Years
- Upper Age Relaxation:

Selection Process
- The selection method will comprise multi-stage shortlisting depending on applicant volume:
- Application Scrutiny & Shortlisting: Screening of educational degrees, mandatory certifications, and verified work experience profiles.
- Online Written Examination (If Conducted): Objective test covering Professional Knowledge (40 Qs / 40 Marks), English Language (20 Qs / 20 Marks), and Reasoning Ability & Quantitative Aptitude (20 Qs / 20 Marks).
- Psychometric Assessment / Group Discussion (GD): Conducted at the bank’s discretion.
- Personal Interview (PI): Minimum qualifying score: 60% for General & EWS; 55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD categories.
- Biometric Verification & Document Verification (DV): Verification of original credentials, certification certificates, and experience relieving letters.
