Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification
- Peon: Must have passed 10th Standard (SSLC) or an equivalent examination from a recognized education board.
- Process Server: Must have passed 10th Standard (SSLC) or equivalent. Candidates holding a valid driving license are preferred.
- Typist / Typist-Copyist: Must have passed 10th Standard (SSLC) along with Senior/Junior Grade Typewriting qualifications in both the regional language and English (or hold a 3-year Diploma in Commercial Practice).
- Stenographer Grade-III: Must have completed 10th Standard (SSLC) or a Diploma along with Senior Grade Shorthand and Typewriting proficiencies.
- Age Limit (As of the application window)

- Maximum Age: 35 Years
- Note: Upper age relaxation applies for category-based applicants (up to 38 years for backward classes and up to 40 years for SC/ST/Category-1) according to departmental guidelines.

Selection Process
The selection frameworks differ depending on the targeted position:
- For Peon & Process Server: Preliminary shortlisting based on minimum academic eligibility marks, followed by a direct oral interview.
- For Typist, Typist-Copyist & Stenographer: Selection is based on qualifying examination percentages, a practical Skill Test (Typing/Shorthand on Computers), and a final viva-voce evaluation.
