Educational Qualification
Senior Personal Assistant
- Candidates should have a Graduation degree from a recognized institution. Candidates must also possess:
- Shorthand speed of 110 words per minute
- Typing speed of 40 words per minute
Personal Assistant
- Candidates should have a Graduation degree along with:
- Shorthand speed of 100 words per minute
- Typing speed of 40 words per minute
- Knowledge of computer operation
Junior Judicial Assistant
- Candidates must have a Graduation degree from a recognized university or institution.
- A minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute on a computer is required.
Process Server
- Candidates should have passed Matriculation or an equivalent examination from a recognized board.
Candidates must also possess:
- A valid LMV driving licence
- At least 2 years of unblemished driving experience
- Peon/Orderly/Dak Peon
- Candidates should have passed Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized board.
Age Limit
The prescribed age limit for the notified posts is:
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 27 Years
- The age will be calculated as on 1 June 2026.
Age relaxation will be available to eligible reserved-category candidates according to the applicable recruitment rules.
Salary
The pay scale varies according to the post:
- Senior Personal Assistant: ₹9,300–34,800 + Grade Pay ₹4,800
- Personal Assistant: ₹9,300–34,800 + Grade Pay ₹4,600
- Junior Judicial Assistant: ₹5,200–20,200 + Grade Pay ₹2,800
- Process Server: ₹5,200–20,200 + Grade Pay ₹2,400
- Peon/Orderly/Dak Peon: ₹5,200–20,200 + Grade Pay ₹2,000
The applicable pay and allowances will be governed by the recruitment rules and the terms specified in the official notification.
