Educational Qualification & Experience

Technical Assistant (Automobile / Mechanical / ECE): First Class Diploma in the relevant branch of Engineering (Automobile / Mechanical / Production / Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics & Instrumentation) from a recognized State Board of Technical Education.

Technician ‘B’ (Turner, Fitter, Welder, Machinist, RAC, Electrician): Class 10th (SSLC / Matriculation) pass from a recognized board AND ITI / NTC / NAC in the respective trade issued by NCVT / SCVT.

Cook ‘A’: Class 10th (SSLC / Matriculation) pass AND minimum 5 years of verified experience as a Cook in an established hotel or canteen.

Fireman ‘A’: Class 10th (SSLC / Matriculation) pass and must fulfill the prescribed physical and endurance fitness standards.

Age Limit (As of October 05, 2026)

Technical Assistant, Technician ‘B’ & Cook ‘A’: 18 to 35 Years
Fireman ‘A’: 18 to 25 Years
Age Relaxation: Standard upper age relaxations apply for SC, ST, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen as per Government of India directives.

Application Fee

Technical Assistant Posts: Rs. 750/-
All Other Posts (Technician ‘B’, Cook ‘A’, Fireman ‘A’): Rs. 500/-
Fee Refund Policy: The processing fee will be refunded (minus nominal bank charges) to candidates who appear for the written test. Reserved categories (SC/ST/PwBD/Female/ESM) will receive a full refund upon appearing in the exam.

Payment Method: Online via Net Banking, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, or UPI.

Selection Process

Written Test (Computer-Based or Offline OMR):
Technical Assistant & Technician ‘B’: 80 curriculum-based MCQs (90 minutes; +1 for correct, -0.33 for wrong answer).
Cook ‘A’ & Fireman ‘A’: 100 MCQs (120 minutes) covering domain knowledge, general science, arithmetic, reasoning, and basic English (+1 for correct, -0.25 for wrong answer).

Skill Test / Physical Efficiency Test:
Shortlisted candidates (1:5 ratio) will undergo a practical, trade-specific Skill Test (qualifying nature, 60/100 marks required).
Fireman ‘A’ candidates will undergo physical endurance and medical fitness tests.
Document Verification: Verification of original mark sheets, NTC/Diploma certificates, and category credentials.
