The Station Headquarters (ECHS) has officially released a detailed recruitment notification for 100 vacancies across various Medical, Para-Medical, Administrative, and Support Staff posts on a purely contractual basis for affiliated polyclinics.

Eligible candidates (both Ex-Servicemen and Civilians) holding qualifications ranging from Class 8th Pass, Graduate degrees, Diplomas, BDS, B.Pharm to MBBS can submit their completed application forms offline before the final closing deadline.

Medical Officer: MBBS with minimum 3 years of post-internship experience | Salary: Rs. 95,000/- PM
Dental Officer: BDS with minimum 3 years of experience | Salary: Rs. 95,000/- PM
Pharmacist: B.Pharm OR 10+2 with Science stream & approved Diploma in Pharmacy (registered under Pharmacy Act) with minimum 3 years of experience | Salary: Rs. 36,500/- PM
Nursing Assistant / Lab Technician / Lab Assistant: Relevant Degree / Diploma / Class-1 Course (Armed Forces) with minimum 3 to 5 years of work experience | Salary: Rs. 36,500/- PM
Data Entry Operator (DEO) / Clerk: Graduate degree / Class-1 Clerk (Armed Forces) with basic computer knowledge and relevant experience | Salary: Rs. 29,200/- PM
Driver / Female Attendant / Peon / Chowkidar / Safaiwala: Class 8th pass / Literate with relevant experience | Salary: Rs. 21,800/- to Rs. 25,600/- PM

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification & Experience

Qualifications vary strictly by post: Literate / 8th Pass / Graduate / D.Pharm / B.Pharm / GNM / B.Sc Nursing / BDS / MBBS.
Relevant post-qualification work experience in the Army / Civil healthcare or administrative setups is compulsory as per the official post specifications.

Age Limit

For Medical & Dental Officers: Maximum age 63 to 65 Years.
For Para-Medical Staff (Pharmacist/Nursing Assistant): Maximum age 56 Years.
For Non-Medical Staff (Clerk/Driver/Attendant): Maximum age 53 to 55 Years.

Important Dates

Official Notification Release Date: August 06, 2026
Last Date for Receipt of Application: August 11, 2026 (until 01:30 PM)
Interview Dates: From September 21, 2026, onwards (09:00 AM to 01:30 PM)

Selection Process

Stage 1: Application Shortlisting — Initial screening of submitted offline forms based on age, educational qualifications, and work experience.
Stage 2: Personal Interview — Viva-voce and document assessment conducted by the designated interview board.
Stage 3: Document Verification — Matching of original certificates, experience letters, discharge books (for Ex-Servicemen), and identity proofs.

How to Apply

Visit the official ECHS website (echs.gov.in) and download the standard “ECHS Application Form”.
Fill out the application form precisely using legible handwriting or typing, specifying the target post and preferred polyclinic choices.
Attach self-attested photocopies of all supportive credentials, including age proof, educational mark sheets, degree/diploma certificates, valid registration certificates (for Pharmacists/Doctors), work experience certificates, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and Discharge Book/PPO (for Ex-Servicemen).
Enclose the application form along with 2 recent passport-size photographs inside a sealed envelope.
Superscribe the top of the envelope clearly with: “Application for the Post of [Post Name] under ECHS”.
Submit the completed application packet by hand or send it via Speed Post / Registered Post to reach the designated Station HQ (ECHS Cell) administrative desk on or before August 11, 2026 (by 01:30 PM). Note: Applications received past the deadline will be rejected.
