Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification
- Must possess a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), or an equivalent degree from a recognized university.
- Must have studied Hindi or Sanskrit as a subject in Matriculation (10th) or higher classes (+2 / Graduation / Post Graduation).
- Must possess basic computer proficiency, specifically in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Age Limit (As of January 01, 2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 47 Years
- Relaxation in the upper age limit (up to 45 or 47 years) is applicable for reserved categories, in-service government employees, widows, and divorced women as per standard rules.

Selection Process
The final merit list will be prepared based purely on the performance in the written test. The evaluation stages include:
- Stage 1: Computer-Based Test (CBT) – An online objective and subjective written examination covering General Knowledge and English Composition.
- Stage 2: Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) – A qualifying test assessing typing speed and spreadsheet management.
- Stage 3: Document Verification – Original testimonial verification and final interaction.
