Qualification: Post-Graduate degree in Social Work / Sociology / Child Development / Human Rights / Public Administration / Psychology / Psychiatry / Law / Public Health / Community Resource Management from a recognised university.
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience with Government organisations or NGOs in documentation, training & capacity building, project planning, implementation, monitoring, and supervision—preferably in Women & Child Development or Social Welfare sector.
Skill: Computer proficiency required.
Remuneration: ₹33,100 per month (Consolidated)

Counsellor
Qualification: Graduate in Social Work / Sociology / Psychology / Public Health / Counselling from a recognised university OR PG Diploma in Counselling & Communication.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience with the Govt./NGO, preferably in Women & Child Development.
Skill: Computer knowledge is essential.
Remuneration: ₹23,170 per month (Consolidated)

Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience with Govt./NGO/Legal work, preferably in Women & Child Rights.
